Orders for hardware components or systems can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the items have not been shipped or assembly has not started.
Unopened and sealed hardware products can be returned within 3 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. We do not offer cash refunds once a product has been unsealed unless it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA).
Diagnostic fees for repair services are non-refundable. If a repair cannot be completed by JATAN COMPUTERS, we will not charge for the labor beyond the diagnostic fee.
Deposit payments for custom PC builds are non-refundable once the components have been ordered from distributors.
